"I don't want the crystals can I get a refund?"

There is a no cancellation policy. It is important to purchase responsibly.

 "My tracking says it is delivered, I do not have it."

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you give me an incorrect or incomplete address and fail to notify until it is shipped, that is your responsibility. The best way to locate a misplaced package is to go to your local USPS and request GEO-Tracking!
If the package is shipped and then returned to me I will cancel immediately and the crystals will go back on the shelf. Once the package is returned if you want to reship it you will have to pay for shipping again. This payment can be made under the Tip Listing.
